ADP wanted to make an impression at SXSW 2019 with the intention of exploring what a better world of work looks like.
We decided that the only way forward was to break what was wrong with the current system – literally. ADP’s “Breaking Barriers” was an experiential wreck room where attendees could pick a workplace barrier that they were fighting to fix and smash it all. Afterward, we highlighted and committed to help fix gender inequality, outdated work systems, work/life balance, and wage inequality. We designed the experience, space, consumer social assets and even got a payroll company featured as one of the, “Craziest Brand Activations at SXSW.”
